We are pleased to introduce our newly revamped website – a fresh, modern space designed to make your experience as a BESA member easier, faster, and more enjoyable.

This update comes as the first in a series of upgrades as part of the 5-year strategy we unveiled last year. With the launch of our new website and portal, we are excited for members to gain better access to our insights and manage your membership with ease.

Our new platform has had more than a makeover. Here’s what you can look forward to:

From bold graphics to an intuitive layout, every element has been thoughtfully crafted to reflect the energy and professionalism of members and the wider BESA community. Look out for our updated branding across our channels – including LinkedIn and X!

Streamlined navigation: Finding the information you need has never been easier. Whether you’re looking for the latest policy updates, market research, or upcoming events, it’s just a click away.

Enhanced access to information: Our comprehensive resource library is now easier to search and explore, giving you quick access to years of insights, reports, and updates.

A brand-new Member Portal: A hub tailored to you, featuring:

• A personalised dashboard with curated news, events, and research
• Tools to manage your membership and renewals with ease
• Updates to your supplier directory listing and contact details in real time
• Quick access to invoices, payments, and receipts, all in one place.

Ready to explore the new BESA website and member portal?

Here’s some important information about your data and access before you begin:

1️⃣Updated Privacy Policy
Please be sure to read through our updated Privacy Policy that contains important information regarding the collection and processing of certain personal information or personal data about you.

2️⃣ Log in or create an account
Accessing the Member Portal is simple. Use the ‘Login’ button at the top of the page, or create an account if you’re a first-time user. Please note that if you are logging in to an existing user account, you will need to set a new password by clicked on ‘Forgot password?’, and use your registered email address rather than username.

3️⃣ Update your mailing preferences 
Please note that as part of launching the new website, your profile has been signed up to all our mailings – to set your preferences, please access your Member Portal by clicking on your name at the top-right hand corner of the screen, and navigating to the ‘Mailing Preferences’ area.

We’ve prepared a handy step-by-step guide to help you navigate the new portal and provide answers to your questions, which you can download here.
