In line with BESA’s digital transformation processes, we will shortly be redeveloping our website, and we invite suitable providers to express interest in BESA’s upcoming RFP for the project.

  • To design and build a new Website with CMS to serve BESA members, prospective members and other stakeholders
  • WordPress preferred but open to alternative CMS suggestions
  • Must integrate via API with a Member Portal solution and CRM maintained by a third-party provider – this is required for member authentication, member data and membership status
  • Website has a mix of public content and member-only content, accessible based on membership status
  • The most significant custom feature of the website is a Supplier Directory, which showcases the offerings of BESA member companies

Budget

  • No budget range has been disclosed at this stage of the process, however this can be discussed with the BESA team during the RFP process

Timeline

  • BESA expects to award the contract in June, with a go-live date in October
