In line with BESA’s 5-year strategy, we are pursuing a stand redesign for Bett UK 2025-2027 to elevate the profile of the BESA brand to delegates and educators. 

All tenders submitted must include the following information:  

  • 1-3 mock designs in conformity with the technical specifications provided the Bett Stand Designer Tender Dossier.  
  • an itemised list of the pricing for designing, installing, and storing the stand for a 3-year contract.

Budget

  • No budget range has been disclosed at this stage of the process, however this can be discussed with the BESA team upon request. 

Timeline

  • Deadline for submission of questions: 01 July 2024, 17:00 
  • Deadline for submission of tenders: 08 July 2024, 17:00 
  • Shortlisted tenders contacted (potential for presentation of materials between 16-26 July): 15 July 2024, 17:00 
  • Notification of award to the successful tenderer and any further consultation begins: 31 July 2024, 17:00
