Hours: Fulltime at 37 hours per week, (5 days)  

Salary: Band 5 – FTE £34,000 – £38,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid working consisting of remote working, with flexibility required to work across educational settings in Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties with occasional visits to Robertson House, Stevenage as required.

If the answer is yes to the above questions, we are looking to appoint a new member to join our busy Governance Team.

 

In this role you will be part of a team who provide training, information and advice and support on a traded basis to governors and governing boards whilst maintaining and communicating a passion for school improvement, maximising opportunities for all and narrowing the achievement gap for vulnerable and disadvantaged pupils.

 

We are seeking an aspirational individual to join our team as part of their career development journey.  The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the educational landscape and be able to build rapport with school leaders and colleagues.

Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of remote working and occasional visits to school settings, and if required, attending meetings at our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The ability to reach different locations by car will be essential for this role. If you drive, then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
