If the answer is yes, why not come and join HFL Education (formerly Herts for Learning Ltd) where you can make a positive difference and further develop your career in education finance.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of schools within your allocated area of Hertfordshire to provide advice on both the schoolâs current financial position and future projections. We are seeking an individual with accounting experience, who may be part/full AAT qualified or similar and has the skills to produce accounts and budget reports that school leaders can trust.
Our âworking from anywhereâ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. The ability to reach different locations by car will be essential for this role. If you drive, then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
Benefits: a generous employer pension contribution, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising to 31 days after five-years) or the equivalent paid for Term Time employees, family-friendly policies, hybrid working, paid mileage, a cycle to work scheme, onsite charging points for electric vehicles, access to mental health and wellbeing support, company performance bonus, professional development opportunities, benefit schemes for discounts and cashback offers, and more.
