The Speakers
Frank Suttie - Director, Freeths
Frank Suttie is a Director in the commercial team at Freeths LLP. He is a graduate in both accountancy and law, with corporate finance legal training and now specialising in commercial law with particular emphasis upon the requirements of the EdTech sector.
His practice includes businesses operating in the education and skills sectors. He works with leading suppliers to the education sector – covering learning platforms, education apps, publishing and equipment.
Andew Lagden, Education Consultant
Andrew Lagden is an experienced independent education consultant, supporting many national organisations, local authorities, multi-academy trusts and individual schools, with a very successful track record of securing significant improvement.
Formerly a school inspector, working on behalf of Ofsted contractors, he currently works as a school improvement consultant for Manchester City Council, the Key Educational Trust and individual schools in both primary and secondary phases. Additionally, he is CEO and headteacher performance management adviser for several MATs and governing bodies.
Tony Sheppard, Educational Technologist
Tony Sheppard is a leading Educational Technologist with a background in senior leadership in schools, Local Authority advice, project management within national education programmes and a vocal advocate of the roles of data protection and privacy within education. Tony presently provides NetSupport with expertise in implementation, deployment and best use of functionality across the wide range of NetSupport tools, to prospective and onboarding customers.
