BESA is pleased to share our full submission to the Government’s Curriculum and Assessment Review.
Drawing on insight from our members who work in close partnership with schools and educators across the country, this document outlines what’s working, where improvements are needed, and how suppliers can play a vital role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning.
Our response covers a wide range of themes including curriculum content, assessment, qualification pathways, equity, inclusion, and the role of technology in education. We also set out practical recommendations to reduce teacher workload, support learners of all backgrounds, and ensure that future reforms are both evidence-based and effectively implemented.
We invite members, educators, and policymakers to explore our response in supporting a more inclusive, balanced, and future-ready education system.
