The Membership Engagement Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring membership engagement, satisfaction and retention. This position is responsible for developing relationships with member schools and organisations, ensuring their needs are met, and clearly communicating the value and breadth of COBIS membership. The role includes supporting the membership lifecycle, including onboarding, coordinating engagement activities, facilitating connectivity between members, and gaining feedback from member to help ensure COBIS’s offer remains relevant for schools.

The Membership Engagement Executive will also be a point of contact for Supporting Associates (SAs) and work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure SAs are making the most of their annual subscription and connecting with the COBIS school network in a meaningful way.
