We are excited to invite members to participate in our dynamic presentation programme on the presentation area on the BESA stand at Bett 2025.  

We have incorporated a new presentation stage/area into the BESA stand, providing members with the opportunity to engage with delegates directly from the BESA stand.  Whether you have your own stand at Bett or not, we invite you to submit proposals for short, impactful presentations at our exhibitor stand. Each presentation will be 15 minutes long and will provide an opportunity for you to: 

  • Showcase innovative educational products 
  • Share success stories and best practice
  • Present research findings or data-driven insights
  • Engage with conference delegates and stimulate dialogue
  • Gain exposure to a wide audience of education professionals and stakeholders
  • Enhance your professional network and connect with like-minded individuals
  • Receive recognition as a thought leader in your field
  • Opportunity to engage with attendees and receive feedback on your ideas

Selection Process: 
Proposals will be reviewed by BESA’s secretariat, and prospective presenters will be notified of their acceptance by EOD Tuesday, 26 November 2024. Presentations will be scheduled throughout the three-day event, and once selected we will make every effort to accommodate presenters’ preferred time slot.  NB. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide feedback on unsuccessful applications. 

Submission Guidelines: 
Please submit your proposal by EOD Tuesday, 15 October 2024.  Proposals should include the following information: 

  1. Presenter(s) Name and Company: Provide your name, title, and organisation. 
  2. Presentation Title: A concise and informative title for your presentation. 
  3. Presentation Abstract: A brief description of your presentation (150-200 words). 
  4. Target Audience: Specify the primary audience for your presentation (e.g., teachers, administrators, policymakers). 
  5. Learning Objectives: Outline the key takeaways or learning outcomes for attendees. 
  6. Contact Information: Include your email address and phone number. 

Please submit your proposal via Invitation to Present on the BESA Stand at Bett UK 2025 Form by EOD Tuesday, 15 October 2024.
