Hours: Fulltime at 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary: Band 4: Up to £29,000 per annum dependant on experience plus excellent benefits

Location: Hybrid working consisting of remote working, with flexibility to attend events, and with an opportunity to work up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to broaden and build on their experience in events to join a friendly team.

In this role you will lead key conferences from concept to completion. You will have responsibility of all aspects of conferences, from co-ordinating event logistics, supplier and venue management, speaker liaison and delegate invitations for both on-site and virtual delivery. In addition to managing your own portfolio of local conferences, there will be an opportunity to support the growth of national events.

This role will suit an individual with meticulous organisational and planning skills to ensure you are able to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders, across multiple events. You will need to be extremely proactive, adaptable, professional, and personable. Most of all, you will bring energy and passion to the role and be a team player to deliver conferences to a high standard.

Our ‘working from anywhere’ approach provides colleagues the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements. This consists of remote working, flexibility to attend events, and an opportunity to work up to 2 days per week in our Head Office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The ability to reach different locations by car will be essential for this role. If you drive, then a full driving licence and appropriate car insurance will be required. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working.
